Here is the group pic (houston trip) taken in fall 2007. Narayan, me, Dr. Rong, Dr Liu, Kaz (joined in fall 2006), Dr Wang, Dr Ming Yu (joined in fall 2006), Yun Peng Zeng (joined in fall 2006), Lei Zhu (joined in fall 2006) and Dr Chaubey. Dr Wang and Kaz left after Fall 2007. Lei Zhu Left after spring 2008 and Yun Peng Wang left after Fall 2008. I also left UTA for one year (Feb 2008-Jan 2009) to do internship in Texas Instruments.Group in 2006

2006. I left UTA for five months (Jan 2007-May 2007) to do TEM project in Georgia Institute of Technology.

Dr Liu, me, Vamsi, Dr Jin, Daren, Narayan and another postdoc candidate (who came for interview). Dr Jin and Vamsi left in the end of fall 2005.

Here is the group pic (Baki's farewell, Dr Yang Li's welcome) in summer 2005. Dr Jin (joined only for 4 months), Daren (joined in fall 2004), Narayan, Dr Liu, Vamsi, Baki, Kevin, Dr Yang Li (just joined) and me. Teja left in the beginning of spring 2005.

Here is the group pic (Dr Min Chen's visit, Kung Te's Farewell) in summer 2004 with the group. Dr Min Chen (from Dr Sun's group, IBM), Narayan, Dr Oh (Visiting Professor from Korea), Dr Liu, Kung Te Chu, me, Vamsi, Baki, Teja and Kevin. When I joined UTA, Vamsi, Teja, Kevin, Narayan and Kung Te were the 5 members in the lab. Kung Te left after summer 2004. With Dr Vladimir Agranovich (2004)  With Nobel laureate Dr Alan Heeger (2004) 
It's truly amazing. Got a chance to meet a Noble laureate in the very first year of graduate studies in US. |
